Information and services provided by Patty Oliver, Body-Mind-Spirit Healing Arts LLC, and/or from bodymindspirithealingarts.com (the “Site”) is not intended as medical, psychological, financial, business or interpersonal relationship advice , nor is it intended to replace the advice of a qualified professional (medical or otherwise). Digital Product Returns:
Digital products, which includes MP3 downloads and e-books, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If you are unable to download your digital product please email admin@pattyoliver.com and reasonable attempts will be made to help you gain access to your file. We do not offer technical support for digital products.
Online Course or Workshop Refunds:
Please see the refund policy for each online course or workshop in their respective page descriptions.
Professional Service Refunds:
If for any reason you choose to not receive the service for which you made an advance payment, a refund request must be made in writing within 2 weeks (14 days) from the original date of purchase, and at least 1 week prior to your scheduled service date. A request may be sent to admin@pattyoliver.com. Under no circumstance will a refund of any kind be given after the service has already been received by you. Regarding private or special programs, please refer to the refund policy in their respective page descriptions.
Site Terms of Service Modifications:
Patty Oliver and Body-Mind-Spirit Healing Arts LLC may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this Site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service. Governing Law: Any claim relating to this Site or services rendered by Patty Oliver and Body-Mind-Spirit Healing Arts LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
